Which U.S. Metros are the Most Attractive for Older Adults?

This thesis project looks at metro areas in the United States and how they attract older adults, ages 65 years and older, over the most recent decade of change (2010 to 2020). Using Census data, we can look at the specific "pulls" a metro region has on attracting and retaining its older adult populations. Through maps, we can examine certain patterns for where the most attractive and least attractive metro areas are found, and start to form conclusions about why these different patterns exist.
