Affordable, Accessible Urbanism
The principles of 15-minute cities and how to implement them in Cincinnati communities facing the housing crisis.

Affordable, Accessible Urbanism explores how Cincinnati can combat the housing crisis through the principles of the 15-minute-city. As poverty becomes more segregated into communities lacking basic infrastructure and resources, the development of affordable housing alongside a supporting network of public services is necessary to create truly livable neighborhoods. By illustrating these strategies through site planning, we can create a framework that can be replicated across Cincinnati.
