Music in the Streets

Music and urban environments have been interconnected throughout history. The removal of live performance culture in urban environments has risen substantially in the past 100 years due to developing technology and product-over-people oriented planning. Music can be used to activate communities and provide holistic assistance for community needs. Providing space for organic music creation can empower community-led urban revitalization and transform the future of how our communities represent us.
