Cincinnati Nucleus is a smart city initiative that decentralizes Downtown Cincinnati into four cores: Central (Downtown), The Banks, OTR, and the University District. Each core plays a distinct role in commerce, culture, mobility, and education. Using digital twin technology and AI systems, the project simulates real-world conditions to guide and support optimal decisions in land use, mobility, energy, and space allocation, enabling a connected, adaptive, and future-ready urban environment.
